Heather Green Featured on HGTV's House Hunters in 2013

In September 2012, Heather Green filmed an episode for the HGTV series, House Hunters. Heather acted was both agent and client, as the home she was searching for was for her and her family. The episode first aired in May 2013 and continues to air in reruns on HGTV. 

Prior to moving to the area, Brad and Heather lived in San Francisco's tech and family oriented neighborhood of Noe Valley, where they had purchased and remodeled their dream home. But after the birth of their second child, daughter Larkin, it was clear that shortening Brad's commute was a big priority for their family.

During their home search, Heather and Brad looked at dozens of homes in Los Altos and Mountain View. Prior to filming the episode, Heather had written 5 unsuccessful offers in a very competitive seller's market. 

Ultimately, Heather prevailed in an offer on a home in the Varsity Park neighborhood of Mountain View that offered Brad a short 4 mile bike ride to work, convenient access to both downtown Mountain View and Los Altos, and excellent public schools.

UPDATE:   Heather and her family will be filming an episode of "House Hunters: Where Are They Now?" in November 2016.
